The toasted barrel is 13TH Century barrel proof bourbon aged 5 years in new charred 30 gallon barrels then aged an additional year in a 53 gallon new char 2 medium plus toasted barrel. The 30 gallon barrels are chars 2, 3, 4 and 5.

MASHBILL: Corn 88%, Rye 7%, Malted Barley 5%

TASTING NOTES: Right away, you're met with rich, charred oak and sweet, toasted caramel. The first sip leaves your mouth enveloped with velvety toffee, dried fruits, and spices with just a hint of smokiness. The finish is long, warming, and finished with oak aromas and peppery heat
